Return/Refund Policy

Your doll is specially made according to customer requirements. We are unable to make a second sale. All dolls have passed many standard tests before leaving the factory, so we do not provide return service for any reason.
After receiving the doll for the first time, if the doll is defective or damaged, we will not replace it, but we will provide repair videos and tools according to the damage. (It may be necessary to charge the customer a small fee)
If the doll is damaged due to human factors, we will not refund it.
However, if you have a quality problem due to external factors (non-human factors) after receiving a sex doll, please take a photo of the damaged part and send it to us at the first time. After contacting us, we will serve you. After agreeing to our return process. Once the confirmation is complete, you can perform the return.
Refund policy:
Consumers can apply for a return within 14 days of signing. We will refund you within 15 days of receiving the return

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
